Shipping Info
What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We currently ship Monday – Fridays using USPS/UPS/FEDEX. We occasionally ship Saturdays if staff is available. Orders are shipped within 24 hours after order placement and confirmation. Same day shipping is not guaranteed unless we have time to ship order. All orders are packaged in the order we receive them. Please allow 24 hours from the time of order placement for shipment. We offer standard shipping (4-8 days) and express shipping (1-4 days). Please note extended shipping times may occur due to holidays, Covid delays and/or carrier delays due to inclement weather. Please check UPS/USPS/FEDEX website for any possible delays before placing your order. We process orders immediately upon payment confirmation however we have no control over postal delays that may occur while your item is in transit.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Once your order is processed and packaged you will receive a tracking number sent to your email within 24 hours and tracking is also uploaded to this website database. Standard USPS and UPS ground packages range from 4-8 business days for arrival using UPS/USPS. These packages are shipped within 24 hours of order confirmation.
Express packages range from 1-4 business days for arrival depending on your region. Not all areas offer Saturday delivery with USPS/UPS. We select the fastest available delivery date offered using our flat rate express option. Orders placed on Friday using express arrive between Saturday and Monday depending on your region; Not all areas offer Saturday delivery. Please also note Express shipping is still subject to our 24 hour order processing time. Orders placed on Friday after our express cutoff time of 8am PST will process on Monday. If we have availability to ship same day we typically will ship same day; However your transit time for guaranteed delivery will begin the next business day. Weekends do not count as a business day. Please note we ship your order 24 hours after your order is placed to give our packagers time to prepare your order. Extended shipping times may occur during holidays, inclement weather or carrier delays. Please check the USPS/UPS website for any delays prior to selecting express shipping option. Any carrier delays are beyond our control.
Do You Ship Internationally?
We do apologize at this time we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within USA, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
My package was lost and/or damaged…
We insure all standard packages up to $50 for USPS and $100 for UPS. You will be reimbursed up to $50-$100 unless you opt for full coverage on your package. Express packages are covered up to $100 unless you request full coverage on your package. Packages are covered for up to $500 USD for an additional $10 but must be requested prior to shipment of your parcel. If your package is marked as delivered and you believe it was lost you will be required to submit a claim with the shipping provider. Please see details below. Lost packages are reimbursed by the shipping provider ie Usps, ups, or Fedex. Please file your claim online and email us to provide you a receipt of purchase to file your claim. My package was seized by law enforcement
We insure all standard packages up to $50. You will be reimbursed up to $50 (not including original shipping fee) unless you opt for full coverage on your package. Express packages are covered up to $100 (not including original shipping fee) unless you request full coverage on your package. Packages are covered for up to $500 USD for an additional $10 but must be requested prior to shipment of your parcel. If your package is marked as seized we do not recommend to file a claim on this package. If you decide to file a claim we are unable to provide additional documentation due to the nature of this loss. Our store will reimburse you up to the amount of your insured package using store credit. Standard packages are insured up to $50 unless you request full coverage. Express packages are insured up to $100 unless you request insurance. The store will provide a unique code for you via email to place your order again online with the insured amount of your package. The unique code is provided in store credit to use on our website. Unfortunately within the nature of the business both the sender and receiver understand shipping items from our site are deemed as a risk and forfeit the items once marked as seized. Any additional shipping or reshipment must be made with either an alternate carrier or alternate delivery address.
Payment Info
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
Payments are manually processed using Apple Pay, Zelle, Venmo or Bitcoin. Please follow instructions at checkout after placing your order. You will be required to manually pay using the respective application you select. We do not currently accept debit and credit card payments on our website. You can also make payments using bitcoin on our website. Please follow instructions to send bitcoin payments.
Is Buying On-Line Safe?
Buying on our website is very safe. We use encryption services and firewalls to prevent hackers from accessing our website. Your purchases are made online however payments are made directly on your mobile device using third party payment applications. We do not control accuracy of third party applications.
Orders and Returns
How do I place an Order?
You select all items you need and add those items to your cart. Once your shopping session is completed you may checkout and select the payment method of your choice. Please note our website does not collect payment. Once you submit your order you will have to pay for your order manually using Apple Pay, Zelle or Venmo. Orders unpaid within 1 hour of placement will be cancelled. Once we confirm your manual payment your order will begin processing immediately.
Do I need an account to place an order?
You are required to create an account on our website in order to place an order. Please assure all shipping information is accurate. We are not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
To cancel or change your order you must contact us prior to paying for your order or before you are issued a tracking number. Once you receive a tracking number we are unable to edit, cancel or change your order. All sales are FINAL. Please email edible2smoke@gmail.com immediately for any order corrections or cancellations.
What happens if my order is lost?
For orders placed with standard shipping we include $50 of insurance and $100 of insurance for express orders at no additional cost. If you would like to insure the full value of your package which covers lost/damaged orders please email us immediately to add full coverage ($10 fee). Additional fees apply. Usps will only refund the value of your insurance. If your package is lost and/or damaged you will need to immediately file a claim directly on usps/fedex/ups website. Please contact us immediately if you need assistance or have additional questions about the claim process.
How can I get a refund for my items?
Once your order is placed all sales are FINAL. If a refund is due to something we did wrong we are more than happy to correct the issue. Please ask all product questions prior to placing your order.
Are your items legit?
Yes. We purchase Babylon Garden, Dabwoods, G dabs, Cali Cali, Alice, Psilo, Jolly, FKEM, Sticky Extracts, LYT, G’OOD, Smashed, Aurora, Warriors, CBD4Life, EZE, Canna Cavi, Stndrd, Trippy Flip, CH Farms and Golani products directly from the respective brands as we have wholesale accounts with these brands. All items on our website come directly from the respective manufacturer with the exception of Stiiizy, Raw Garden, Choices, Nova, West Coast Cure, KRT, Runtz, Select, Rove, Pure One, Jeeter, Paxkwoods and Big Chief brand products. However; We purchase Stiiizy, Raw Garden, Rove, Choices, Nova, West Coast Cure, KRT, Runtz, Select, and Big Chief, Packwoods, Pure One and Jeeter brand products from a local California based wholesaler who creates the vapes using the same lab tested distillate and/or live resin as the respective company via purchasing 90% lab tested distillate from the same provider as the respective brands. Our suppliers for these brands use wholesale packaging to repack these vapes. All vapes are ensured to only contain lab tested distillate and terpenes. We do not allow cutting of any of our vapes with Vitamin C or E. By purchasing these brands on our website you understand these listed vapes are made by our stores wholesale supplier.
How Do I Track My Order?
You can track your order on www.usps.com , fedex.com or ups.com using the tracking number we provide you. Once we provide your tracking number; it is your responsibility to track transit of your package.
